Many of our installations require the construction of specific control panels or distributors.
After consultation with the customer a design is made for the control panels and distributors, in accordance with customer specifications, using the E-plan and Autocad drawing programs. The design takes into account the applicable machine guidelines.
After the engineering phase, the panels are built in-house in our workshop. The necessary components come from various suppliers, including Rittal, Schneider Electric, Hitachi, Siemens, and Wago. In coordination with the client, other brands can be applied as well.
After assembly, the panels are functionally tested and assessed against the NEN-N 60204-I machine directive.
In order to be of service to you as quickly as possible in the event of a malfunction or maintenance, or in order to monitor your installation, if required, many of our panels are equipped with an Ewon or Ixon service modem. Via the Internet (LAN, WiFi or Gprs), this modem connects to an external server, not only in order to create a secure VPN but to allow us to to log into your system as well.
